Feta stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
I Red Pepper1 cup of crumbled Feta Cheese5 Leaves of BasilA dash of ground Salt and PepperBalsamic Vinegar/glaze Side Salad
Directions
Chop the red pepper into two and fill with crumbled feta, a dash of ground salt and pepper and garnish with chopped basil. Place on an oven tray and roast in the oven until the pepper is lightly roasted. Serve with a side salad and Balsamic glaze/vinegar
