Steam Bag Stroganoff

Ingredients
1/2 lb sirloin steak cut into slices1/4 c sour cream2 Tbls low fat cottage cheese1/3 c beef broth1/2 c chopped green onions1/2 c fresh mushrooms chopped4 cloves of garlic, minced (if you really like garlic!)1 c noodles1 Tbls Parmesan shreddedsalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Blend garlic, cottage cheese, broth and all but one tablespoon of sour cream in blender and set aside.

Lightly brown meat in pan.

Add noodles to bag, top with 1/3 of meat, then layer mushrooms, 1/3 of meat, onions and top with meat. Pour mixture over everything. Seal bag and microwave on medium high for 5 to 5 1/2 minutes. Unless you have a crappy old microwave like mine and then you only have the high setting, but it has low wattage so it takes about 8 minutes to get the noodles cooked. :)

Last but not least after everything is cooked, add the last of the sour cream and the parmesan cheese, stir and serve.
