Creamy Chicken, Bacon and Mushroom

8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (2 lbs)1 pkg turkey bacon8 oz. sliced mushrooms8 oz. sour cream (light)1 can cream of mushroom soup (fat free)
Wrap bacon around chicken breasts. Place in well greased 9 x13 pan. Put mushrooms over chicken. Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together and put over chicken breasts and mushrooms. Put in preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 60 minutes or until chicken is tender. Can place in crock pot and cook for 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high.

This was OK. The chicken tasted good, I served with mashed potatoes, but the "gravy" seemed like it was missing something. - 4/9/09

I have never used this as gravy for mashed potatoes but maybe adding some seasonings would add a little bit to it such as season salt, salt, pepper or some chicken seasoning.
