Ingredients
3 Boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 cup carrots1 cup frozen green beans2 potatoes with skins cut1 cup chicken brothsaltpeppergarlic powder
Directions
Place all ingredients into the crockpot
Salt and Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste
Cook on low 4 to 6 hours

Makes 6 servings, (1/2 chicken breast and 1/2 cup veggies)

    Sounds awesome...is cooking now and smells great. I tweaked it a bit using foods I already had in the house. Used mixed frozen veggies, and extra peas, along with the potato and carrots. I also added paprika and left out the salt. Used Swanson 99% fat-free chicken broth with no Msg. - 4/5/09
