Potato Salad

Ingredients
Potatoes, hard boiled eggs, light mayo, mustard, onion.
Directions
Peel and cut up three potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Boil until done but firm. Hard boil 3 eggs. After potatoes and eggs are cool add to mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and a little onion salt and mix. You may have to add a little more light mayo depending on the consistency you want.
