Meatloaf Minis

Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground beef2 Tablespoons milk2 Tablespoons ketchup1/2 cup dried bread crumbs1 large egg1 teaspoon onion powder3/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon dried thyme1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. Combine ingredients in large bowl and mix well
2. Divide the ground beef mixture equally into 4 mini loaves. Shape each loaf into an oval, roughly 3 1/2 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide.
3. Transfer the mini meatloaf ovals to a Medium or Large Ziploc® Zip 'n Steam™ bag, spacing them evenly in the bag. Seal bag and place in microwave.
4. Cook on full power for 7 1/2 to 9 minutes until all mini meatloaves are well done throughout. If needed, continue microwaving at 30-second intervals until all mini meatloaves are well done.
5. Allow bag to stand 1 minute before handling. Carefully open bag and remove mini meatloaves.
