Ingredients
6 oz. Whole Wheat Pasta (I use rotini or penne)1/2 Red Bell Pepper, chopped or sliced1/2 White Onion, quartered and finely sliced1-1/2 - 2 cups Thawed Frozen Peas1/2 - 1 cup Thawed Frozen Corn1 tbsp Olive Oil.5 cup Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Directions
Cook Pasta
Mix all ingredients with cooked pasta and toss.
