Jamaican Curry Shrimp

Ingredients
10 oz raw shrimp (peeled, de-veined)3 cups asparagus stir fry2 tbsp jamaican curry powder
Directions
Place frozen asparagus stir fry into medium heated wok. When it has thawed, place the curry and the shrimp in the wok. Cover and let simmer until the shrimp is cooked.

    hummm never heard of asparagus being used in "Jamacian Curry Shrimp". I love asparagus, but I think I will add onions, red and orange peppers, garlic, and zuccini to mine tonight. :o) CHEERS - 5/15/09
