Sun Dried Tomato and Tuna Pasta

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup UNCOOKED or 2 cups COOKED pasta1 can water-canned tuna, drained3 pieces sun dried tomato, diced3 tbsp fat free Miracle Whip mayo1 can yellow sweet corn, drained1 tsp dried parsley OR a handful of fresh
Directions
1. Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water. When it is cooked, rinse with cold water and set aside to cool.

2. Mix the tuna with 2 tablespoons of mayo until well combined and add to the pasta.

3. Add remaining mayo, sun dried tomatoes, corn, and parsley to the pasta and mix. Salt and pepper to taste.

4. Keep chilled until ready to eat and enjoy!
