Lean turkey sausage

Ingredients
1 pound of 93% lean ground turkey1/2 tsp salt substitute1/2 tsp garlic salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp rubbed sage1/4 tsp dried basil1/4 tsp oregano1/2 tsp fennel seeds
Directions
Add all spices to the ground turkey, mixing well.Chill mixture 1 hour to combine spices. When ready to cook, pat out 2 ounces of meat for each patty. Pat each patty as thin as you can so the turkey sausage wont be so thick. Heat a 10 inch nonstick skillet over med.high heat sprayed with nonstick cooking spray; place patties in skillet and cook about 10 min. per side or until desired consistency.
