Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients
3/4 c. Milk 2%1 Egg, large1/3 c. Splenda3 T. Tapioca1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Directions
Follow cooking directions on box of tapioca for pudding.
Let cool then refrigerate or eat warm with a squirt of light Reddi Whip. Since it is so low in calories the serving size could be doubled especially if you use lower fat milk and an egg substitute.
I love this warm with silced peaches on it.
