Tuna and potato layer

500 grams - Red Potato250 grams - Sour Cream, reduced fat350g Tin Tuna, Canned in Water (Drained)1 Tsp fresh Parsley and Chives3/4 Cup Low fat Cheese
•Simmer sliced potatoes in pot of boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender.
•Drain and allow to cool slightly.
•In a separate bowl, stir together the sour cream, tuna, chives and parsley.
•Place half the potatoes on the base of a heatproof serving dish
.
•Pour over the tuna mixture.
•Place the remaining potatoes on top
.
•Sprinkle over grated cheese.
•Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
•Serve with a healthy green salad.
