Low fat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 Ripe Banana3/4 c. white sugar1 egg1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1 1/2 c. all purpose flour1TBSP milk (Add more if needed)1/2C Unsweetened Applesauce1/4C Bran flakes
Directions
Add wet ingrediants together stirr well. Then add in dry ingredients.
Mix well. Add a bit more milk if needed.
bake at 375 for 20 minutes
