Chicken with Zucchini, Tomatoes and Whole Wheat Rotini

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removedHunts Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cupTomato Sauce, .5 cupOnions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedZucchini, 1 cup, slicedOlive Oil, 2 tbspParmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbspBlack Olives, canned (small-extra large), 6 tbspHealthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 18 oz (about 3 cups)tsp salt1/2 tbs garlic powder1/2 tbs italian or greek seasoning
Directions
cook pasta according to directions
saute chicken and onions in olive oil
add tomatoes, sauce, zucchini, olives, spices
cook simmer for 10-15 minutes on low.

    I don't like olives so I put in green pepper instead and I left out the tomato sauce and put just more chopped tomatoes. Loved it! - 4/20/09
