1/2 lb of lean ground beef1 head of lettuce2 tomatoes diced1 onion chopped4 oz low fat cheddar cheese10 tablespoons of low fat italian dressing
Fry ground beef and drain well. Add to shredded lettuce head. Add tomatoes, onions and cheese. Mix well. Just before serving add Italian dressing.

I think this is very good. It makes a whole bowl full. I jus guessed at how many servings.
