Tuna Noodle for Two

Ingredients
2 cups of cooked whole wheat pasta1 cup 2% Milk (or 1% if you want)1 15 oz can of peas1 6 oz can of tuna in water1 Tbsp whole wheat flour
Directions
1) Boil your pasta per the directions on the
package.
2) Drain the tuna
3) Mix the tuna, the peas, the flour, and
the milk together in a pan and cook
until the milk has thickened. Be careful
not to cook this on to high of a heat as
you will scold the milk.
4) Combine and enjoy.
