chicken w/tomatoe soup and black beans

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast no skin, sliced1 12 oz can yellow corn1 12 oz can black beans, rinsed1 10.75 oz can tomatoe soup4 cups of rice
Cook chicken until opaque about 5 mins in a pan covered with cooking spray. Sprinkle with garlic salt or just plain garlic if desired
Add all of the canned ingredients and mix together
Stir often and cook for an additional 10-15 mins
Serve over cooked rice.
I like to add condiments such as salsa or sour cream. My family loves this meal. It is quick and easy. My vegetarian daughter liked this also, I just mixed the ingredients together before adding to the chicken.
