Ingredients
1/2 cup Quaker quick cooking dry oats1 cup waterapprox. 3/4 to 1 tbsp cinnamonapprox. 1 tbsp eggo syrup3 packet splenda (more or less)
Directions
Put your oats and water in a microwavable bowl and microwave for about 2.5 minutes. Stir in syrup, cinnamon, splenda, as desired.

You can add berries and fruit juice instead of cinnamon and syrup if you like. You can also half it for a mid-afternoon snack and it'll keep you full until dinner.

*Makes one good-sized bowl of oatmeal.
