Ingredients
1/2 C flour3 Chicken Thighs3 Chicken Drumsticks1 Stalk of Celery1 Green Bell Pepper2 Cloves of Garlic1/2 Medium Sized Onion1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
Directions
Season Chicken according to taste with salt and pepper.

Chop celery, bell pepper, garlic and onion

Place large skillet over medium heat and add oil

Place flour in large bowl, season as well with salt and pepper

Dredge chicken through flour and seasoning

Place chicken in large skillet and fry until outside is crisp (note: chicken should not be cooked completely).

Add chopped items to skillet

Add soup plus 1 can of water (according to soup directions).

Turn down heat to low and cover.

Cook for 1 - 1.5 hours.

Can be served with brown rice.
