Yummy Mix Bars

Ingredients
1/2 C. Butter, Unsalted, (melted)2.5 T. Sugar Substitute1/3 C. Honey1/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour1/2 t. Vanilla1/4 t. Cinnamon2 C. Crisp Rice Cereal2 C. Quick Oats1/2 C. Dates1/3 C. Almonds, Diced1/3 C. Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat 350 degree oven. Spray a 9x13 pan.

Combine butter and sugar, honey and flour. Stirring between each addition. Then add vanilla and cinnamon. Add the cereal and oats and mix well.

Transfer mixture to pre-sprayed pan and press with palms to spread out the mixture to a flat and even thickness.

Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool for 1 hour, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Cut into bars approx. 4.5 X 2 inches.
