Egg Salad

Ingredients
3 hardboiled eggs2 T light mayonnaise2 tsp white vinegar1/2 tsp granulated sugarsalt and black pepper; to taste
Directions
1) Put the eggs in a small saucepan and cover completely with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once at a rolling boil, cover with lid and immediately remove from heat. Keep covered and let sit for 18 minutes. Remove lid and run cold water over eggs to cool to touch. Remove shells.
2) Smash eggs with the tines of a fork in a small bowl. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; to taste.
3) Serve between two slices of your favorite bread (not included in nutritional data).
