Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil6 cloves garlic minced1 c white wine1 jar banana pepper rings w/ juice (I like hot but you can use mild as well)1lb raw shrimp1 lb squid (calamari) raw5 lbs live mussels or clamsjuice from 1/4 lemon
Directions
sautee garlic till translucent in olive oil.
add wine & jar of banana peppers
sqeeze in lemon juice
add shrimp & squid cover
cook 10 min
add mussels or clams
cover & stem about 15 min until mussels open
serve and enjoy
serves 10

    the recipe calls for 5 lbs mussels or clams you can use either
