Roasted Red Potatos

3 1/4 cups cubed red potatos, with skin2 tsp Olive Oil2 tsp dried rosemary1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 375.
Cube the red potatos.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until potatos are well coated with olive oil and spices.
Line a 13"x9" baking pan with foil (optional, for easier clean up), and spread potatos in pan evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes until potatos are cooked through and lightly browned. Halfway through cooking, mix and turn the potatos.
