Ingredients
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1/2 pepperAsparagus, fresh, 7 spear, mediumBeans, black, 1/4 cup*Spinach, cooked, 1/4 cupGarlic, 1 clove Salt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dashAvocados 1/2 without skin and seedsMission Tortillas Plus Multi-Grain Taco size, 1 serving
Directions
Slice pepper in strips and lightly grill along with asparagus. In a non-stick pan cook the spinach and garlic then add 1/4 cup of black beans, rinsed(canned is fine). Add a dash of salt and pepper. Dice the avacado and put all the ingredients into the tortilla and enjoy!
