Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
1 cup macaroni, your choice (I like elbows), uncooked4 Tbsps. butter, cut into small pieces1 - 16 oz. carton 1% Milkfat cottage cheese2 cups hot, boiling water2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Layer ingredients in the order shown. DO NOT Stir!

Place in preheated, 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.

With about 15 minutes left, take the pan out and give it a stir then return to oven for the remainder of the time.

When finished, stir again and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
