Ingredients
1. Fish Fillet - 5.5 oz2. 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice3. 1 table spoon of mayonnaise4. Onion powder5. Black Pepper7. 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs8. 1/2 Tbsp Butter - Melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 C or 395 F

Mix fresh lemon juice, mayonnaise, onion powder and black pepper in a bowl and spread over fillets. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    Nice flavors. Fish comes out perfect. Solid recipe. I added fresh garlic, dried onion, and more salt and pepper bc I find my whole wheat Panko a little bland. - 4/8/10
