Shrimp Quesadilla - Biggest Loser

Ingredients
4 whole wheat flour tortillas2 c. fat free shredded cheddar cheese12 oz. small shrimp w/o tails4 T. fat free sour cream4 T. cocktail sauce
Directions
Cook the shrimp and set aside. Place one tortilla in a pan on medium high heat. Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese and 3 oz. of the shrimp on 1/2 of the tortilla and fold it in half. Flip it over in a little less than a minute and then in a few seconds remove and place on a plate. In a small bowl mix together the sour cream and coctail sauce and use 1/4 of the mixture for 1 quesadilla. Enjoy!
