5 Alarm Chili

Ingredients
1 lbs. ground chicken or turkey breast1 onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 green pepper, seeded and chopped14 oz. pinto beans, drained28 oz. diced tomatoes (sodium-free)1 tsp oregano1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
1) Brown ground beef in non-stick dutch oven or large pot along with onion, garlic and green pepper over medium heat until beef is fully cooked. Drain off any excess oil.
2) Add spices and beans. Stir together for 1 minute.
3) Add tomatoes and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer on low for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally .
