Banana Poppy Seed Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1 cup wheat bran1/2 cup wheat germ1 T flax seed1 t baking soda1 t baking powder1/2 t salt2 Eggs1/4 cup honey1/4 cup vegetable oil2 cups mashed bananas1/2 cup milk1 T lemon juice1/3 cup poppy seeds1 tsp lemon zest
Directions
Stir together dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients thoroughly.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until blended.
Fill 12 large muffin cups with batter.
Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
