Mom's Scallop Potatoes w/ Ham

Ingredients
3 cups thin sliced potatoes2.5 tbsp Promise stick Margarine6 tbsp flour2.25 cup 1%milk1 oz Ham Steak1 Slice 2% American Cheese Singles
Directions
Thinly slice potatoes.
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.

Melt margarine on low heat in sauce pan.
Add flour and salt.
Add milk.
Bring to boil. Boil for 2 minutes while stirring (wire whisk)
Remove from heat.
Add slice of 2% cheese and stir in.

Put layer of potatoes w/ ham then some sauce, then remaining potatoes then the remaining sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
