Ingredients
6 oz Tyson Seasoned Beef Strips1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 small zucchini, sliced1/2 medium green bell pepper, sliced1/2 medium red bell pepper, sliced1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced1/2 cup fresh mushroom slicesGreek seasoning
Directions
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add all vegetables, cook for 10 minutes on med-high heat until crisp-tender. Add beef strips and cook another 5 minutes until heated through and vegetables are tender.
