Turkey Lasagna

8 oz lean ground turkey15 oz part skim ricotta cheese1.25 c shredded part skim mozzarella12 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles (12 noodles)2 cups marinara sauce1 large egg
Preheat oven to 375.
Cook lasagna noodles per package.
Brown turkey meat. Season to taste.
Mix ricotta, 1 c mozzarella, and egg. Season to taste.
In lasgana pan, layer 1/2 c marinara on bottom of pan. Add lay 4 noodles in pan. Top with half of cheses mixture and then half of turkey. Layer another 4 noodles on top. Add 1/2 c marainara, remaining cheese, and remaining turkey. Layer with remaining noodles. Top with remaining sauce and remaining 1/4 c of mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
