Ingredients
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal1 cup nonfat milk1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts1/4 tsp. cinnamon (to taste)1 tsp. sugar free pancake syrup (or other sweetener)
Directions
Put the oatmeal and milk in a saucepan and cook on low until done. Add in walnuts and cinnamon while cooking. Sweeten with 1 tsp. sugar free pancake syrup or other sweetener.
