Easy Crock Pot Chili

Ingredients
1 large can of tomato sauce5 cans beans of your choice (I always add chickpeas, black beans, dark and light kidney beans and great northern beans)1 cup chopped onion0.5 pound ground turkeychili powder to tastecumin to tastesalt to tastepepper to tastered pepper flakes to taste
Directions
Chop the onions.
Rinse all the beans.
Toss everything into the crock pot.
Cook on low for 7-9 hours.
Serve with a dollup of low fat sour cream!
