12oz Tilapia Fillets2Tbsp Olive Oil3cloves or 1Tbsp Garlic, mincedOld Bay Seasoning
Heat Olive oil in skillet on medium high, saute garlic about 30 seconds, add tilapia, sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning to taste. Cook 3-4 minutes each side until fish flakes easliy with fork.
