Turkey Enchiladas Ole!

Ingredients
1 lb 97% lean ground turkey1/2 lb velveeta cheese (half a block)12 flour tortillas (approx 11")1 pkg taco seasoning
Directions
1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
2. Mix in taco seasoning.
3. Add in half of the velveeta.
4. Warm tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds.
5. Fill tortillas down the center with slightly less than 1/4 c. of meat/cheese mixture.
6. Roll up and place seam down into microwavable baking dish.
7. Top with rest of the velveeta and cover.
8. Microwave on high for 4 to 6 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Serve with your choice of guacamole, sour cream, salsa, etc...NOT IN NUTRITION INFO!!
