Ingredients
6 frozen bananas, peeled2 oranges, large, peeled1 apple, medium, cored1 cup baby spinach leaves, packed.25 cups wheat germ6 oz. vanilla yogurt8 oz. spring water
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender, distributing bananas evenly throughout (or they'll make an ice block). Blend until smoothe. Makes approximately eight 6 oz. servings.
