Greens and Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 cup chopped kale1 cup chopped collard greens1 cup diced tomatoes with liquid1 tbsp of oregano1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp olive oil
Directions
cut the greens up into small pieces and saute them in a creaming hot pan in the olive oil for 1-3 minutes until wilted and dark. Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer for 10min. Season as needed with salt and pepper, onion and garlic, and crushed red pepper. I like Mrs. Dash.
