Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour1 cup white flour1 cup unpacked brown sugar4 eggs1 tsp baking powder2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon.25 tsp clove.25 tsp nutmeg1/2 cup applesauce1/2 cup melted butter3 cups grated carrot
Directions
beat eggs and sugar. Add butter and applesauce. Mix in dry ingredients and then add 3 cups of grated carrots. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
