Cabbage & Chicken Noodles Stir-Fry

1.5cup rice noodles soaked in hotwater till soft1.5cup fresh chopped cabbage1 cup minced chicken3tsp Worcestershire sauce1 medium onions,sliced2 clove garlic,slicedlime juice from 2 limes3tsp red pepper flakes (depends on how spicy u want it to be)1/2 tsp ground black peppersalt to taste2 tbsp olive oil/corn oilsome fresh coriander & spring onions for garnishing
makes 2 servings
1) heat oil in wok
2) saute onion & garlic till slightly brown
3) add pepper flakes and stir
4) add minced chicken and let cook.If it is too dry, add some water
5)when chicken turn white completely,add lime juice & worcestershire sauce and stir to mix well
6) add cabbage n cook till soft
7) then add soaked n tendered rice noodles
8) add salt & pepper to taste
9) stir well so that the rice noodles is no longer white
10) serve on a plate and garnish with fresh chopped coriander & spring onion and some fresh red chilli
