Bacon Cheeseburger Rice

Ingredients
1 Lbs Browned Ground Beef (rinsed & drained)1 small onion diced2 Cups Water1/2 Cup Ketchup2 Tbsp Mustardsalt and pepper to your taste1 Cup Minute Brown Rice1 Cup Minute White Rice1 Cup low fat Chedder cheese shredded1/2 Cup Turkey Bacon cooked and crumbled1 Cup lettuce1 Cup diced tomatos
Directions
Brown your beef and onions together and rinse off extra fats and then recook to dry off. Add salt and pepper. In a measuring bowl mix water, ketchup and mustard and then pour over beef and bring to a boil. Add rices and cover. Let set without the heat for 5-10 minutes. Add cheese and bacon pieces and stir. Serve over lettuce and tomato.
