Hungarian Goulash

2 tbsp olive oil2 lbs beef stew1 onion, sliced1 can (14.5 oz) ready to serve beef broth1 can tomato baste2 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 tbsp worcestershire sauce1 tbsp paprika1/4 cup cold water3 tbsp flour1 1/2 cups green pepper in strips6 cups cooked egg noodles (3/4 cup per serving)
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Cook beef in oil about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until brown. Drain. Place beef and onion in slow cooker.
2. Mix broth, tomato paste, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and paprika. Stir into beef mixture
3. cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours
4. Mix water and flour; gradually stir into beef mixture. Stir in bell pepper. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
5. Serve over egg noodles.
