Poached Salmon with Dill Sauce

Ingredients
Water, White wine, lemon juice, dill seed, dill weed, bay leaves, salmon filet, fat free sour cream, fat free yogurt, dijon mustard
Directions
To cook salmon: In a sauce pan, combine water, wine, lemon juice, dill seed and bay leaf. Bring to boil and simmer. add salmon and cook until fish is flaky.

Sauce: Combine sour cream, yogurt, dill weed and musted, mix well. Serve over salmon.
