Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter1 tsp ground ginger1/3 cup beef broth2 teaspoons honey1/4 cup soy sauce2 tablespoons rice vinegar3 tablespoons Asian sesame oil1/3 cup 1%milk1 tablespoon minced garlic
Directions
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until conbined well. We keep this in a jar in the fridge and it lasts a couple of weeks.

I like my asian food slightly spicy so I add red chili sauce to taste.
