Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
1/2 c. sugar3 T. whole wheat flour1 t. lemon juice4 c. strawberries2 c. diced rhubarbTopping:2/3 c. rolled oats1/3 c. brown sugar, packed1/4 c. whole wheat flour1 T. soft margarine, melted
Directions
For 6 servings:
Mix first 5 ingredients for the fruit base. Pour and spread evenly in a glass baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients, spread evenly over the fruit base.

Bake at 350F. for 45 - 55 minutes until bubbly.

Serve either warm or at room temp.
