Scallops, raw, 1 unit 2 large or 5 small Hellmann's , Real Mayonnaise, 1 tspMasago (Smelt Roe), .25 oz
Take two large raw scallops and chop them up quite fine. Add 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise, and a quarter of an ounce of smelt roe (masago). Mix well, place in a small, attractive serving bowl, and enjoy! Makes one serving.
