Barbecue Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed1/4 c. Hidden Valley Light Ranch Dressing1/4 c. barbeque sauce (if spicy, omit hot sauce)dash hot saucesquirt fresh lime juice1 c. canned black beans, drained and rinsed1 c. canned sweet corn nibblets1 Roma tomato, chopped1/2 Haas avocado, dicedchopped fresh cilantro, to taste
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together except avocado and cilantro, being careful not to mash black beans. Salad will turn a nice spicy orangey color. If possible, let sit in refrigerator overnight.

2. Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and diced avocado. Serve with crackers, baked tortilla chips, or on a bed of romaine lettuce. A meal all by itself!
