1 cup packed brown sugar1/3 cup margarine2 eggs1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas ( approx 3-4 medium)1/3 cup water1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp saly1/4 tsp baking powdernonstick spray
Directions
Heat oven 350. grease bottom of loaf pan. blend sugar an margarine. stir in eggs 1 at a time. add bananas and water. blend then add remaining ingredients. pour in 8 inch loaf pan. cook approx 75 min
