1 bag Fresh Express 3-Color Deli Cole Slaw1 bunch green onions, chopped (use tops)1/2 c. frozen white shoepeg corn1 c. Del Monte No Sugar Added Mandarin Oranges1/2 c. Dole Pineapple Tidbits in 100% juice NSA1 fresh lime1/2 c. Kraft Fat Free Salad Dressing1/4 c. cider vinegar1 t. salt1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds, salt free
Drain fruit. Combine cole slaw mix, onions, oranges, pineapple in salad bowl. In separate small bowl, mix dressing: juice and zest of lime, mayo, vinegar, salt. Toss into slaw mix. Top with almonds and chill. May substitute apple for fruit.
