Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

Ingredients
9 large eggs3/4 cup skim milk1 tsp cinnamon2 tbsp vanilla2 tsp packed brown sugar22 slices of cinnamon raisen bread (I used one that was 85 calories per slice)
Directions
Each serving is two slices of French toast.

Preheat skillet to medium-high heart. Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and brown sugar until well mixed. I wipe a small amount of melted butter over skillet, but you can also use a nonstick spray to coat skillet. Dip bread slices in egg mixer, letting each one soak a little to make sure they are well coated. Cook on skillet until golden brown on each side.

Very good topped with a baked apple slices.
